What You’ll Build

  • Drive revenue and growth targets across new and existing customers, expanding the SAP footprint in the midmarket.

  • Steer and manage complex partner-led opportunities and support partners in closing complex deals.

  • Develop and execute SAP strategies for top accounts, including opportunity management, partner engagement, and customer engagement.

  • Coach partner organizations throughout the sales and post-sales cycle to strengthen their sales capabilities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and C-level stakeholders, including regular executive meetings.

  • Create an ambitious territory plan, including a detailed demand management plan aligned to strategic goals.

  • Actively manage your own and partners’ sales pipelines through joint initiatives to ensure a healthy pipeline and quota attainment.

  • Enable the establishment of a partner-autonomous sales segment aligned with the GTM 2026 model.

What You Bring

  • A university degree, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience and proven expertise in the SAP partner ecosystem.

  • Strong track record in customer acquisition, development and account management.

  • Deep experience with SAP partners and cloud sales models, especially RISE with SAP and SAP Cloud LoB solutions.

  • Leadership experience, including guiding virtual account teams.

  • Strong sales coaching, relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate matrix organizations.

  • Ability to design and execute long-term (2–5 year) strategies and account plans.

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in German and English.
