Job Title: Senior Solution Sales Executive – SAP SuccessFactors

What you'll build

Are you ready to help companies redefine the future of work? In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our Corporate Territory clients, helping them transform their people strategies through our world-class Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Drive Business Impact: You will manage the entire sales lifecycle for your assigned territory, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth by aligning SAP SuccessFactors solutions with client business goals.

Solve Complex Problems: You will uncover unique customer challenges and build compelling value propositions that demonstrate how a modernized workforce drives tangible business results.

Orchestrate Success: You will lead a virtual account team—including presales, value advisors, and partners—to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Build Trusted Relationships: You will engage directly with C-level executives (CHROs, CIOs, CFOs) to create long-term partnerships and position SAP as a trusted advisor for their digital transformation.
