Summary:

SAP Global Cloud Services is looking for a Senior Security Analyst – User Access Management with a strong background in access / identity management to further strengthen our user access management framework and ensure compliance with regulatory, security and contractual requirements. You will contribute to the renovation project of the private cloud user access management system, a critical component for ensuring secure and efficient access control within our cloud environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and testing of improved user access processes and tools.

The Role:

- Analyze current user access workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support and own the implementation of updated access management authorizations, profiles and access levels aligned with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT security and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in user training and documentation to facilitate adoption of the renovated system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot access issues to maintain system reliability.

You will work closely with various stakeholders from many initiatives, including senior management, to understand the needs, define the requirements and translate these into the process.

Experience

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related fields

• Foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts and identity / user access management.

• Strong understanding of SAPs internal security framework

• Excellent analytical skills and focus on quality

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proactive behavior, high willingness to learn and ability to drive challenging projects

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT Security, IT Audit, Risk or IT Compliance, optionally certified in relevant areas
