What you'll bring

You have 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS. You combine strategic thinking and commercial acumen with equally strong hands-on execution. You connect business goals to product decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and turn complex problems into actionable requirements. You’re a strong communicator who can present product direction to executives and keep engineering teams aligned on priorities and trade-offs. You’ve built with AI agents and understand agentic workflows, tool use, context engineering, and evals. Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation experience is a big plus.

What you'll build

You’ll lead product discovery, define roadmaps, and work closely with engineering and UX designers to turn plans into delivered capabilities. You’ll own Jira backlogs, write user stories, and drive sprint execution. You’ll use customer insights and usage data to drive product improvements. You’ll bring innovations to market with cross-functional teams, work with sales to boost adoption, and apply AI-assisted tooling to shorten the path from hypothesis to validated learning.

You’ll join the SAP Sales Performance Management team, helping global enterprises run incentive programs that drive predictable growth.
