What you´ll build

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager.

You are organized, positive, creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

As part of a Concur Travel team in Prague, Czech Republic you will work with product and program managers, UX designers, architects and developers using an AI-first approach to create the next-generation payments experience for our travel booking and management tool.

This position will be responsible for translating market requirements into delightful and simple payment experiences, customized to the needs of each group and market.

This includes AI agents, frontends and backend services for payment administration and for the traveler’s payment experience including data validation, automation, storage or integration with other products.

You are laser-focused on security, compliance and impact to build features that our customers love and that strengthen our business.

In this role you will become Concur’s subject matter expert in your domain and influence internally and externally at all levels.

You will transform insights from product discovery into impactful features that support the product vision and strategy.

Understanding how business trends, enabling technology, legal frameworks, usage patterns and the business travel market evolve and create challenges and opportunities for your features and services you will develop strategies to stay ahead.

Your services will enable data-driven decisions for product development.

What you bring

• BS or BA, ideally with a focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Engineer, preferably with working knowledge of AI tools used in product management.
• Solid understanding of how software is built, deployed and tested in cloud provider environments.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and security for SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability creating products that power rich operational awareness and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability working effectively with complex stakeholder networks and competing priorities and an ability to convert ambiguity into alignment and action.
• Successful practice of agile methodologies at enterprise scale with distributed teams.
• Track record of successfully delivering product features against aggressive timelines.
• Excellent communications skills, to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Payments and /or travel industry or corporate online booking tool experience is strongly valued.
