Learning Services
Assists customers in adopting and realizing the full value of their SAP technology with a variety of user services such as organizational change management, enablement planning, enablement execution, solution specific delivery.
Core tasks include:
• Manage customer´s learning project based on defined deliverables
• Develop, deliver and maintain end user training content
• Advisory service delivery to assist customers design and execute their learning strategy
• Support implementation of WalkMe digital adoption and learning tools
• Manage the Government Funded Program for the unemployed and SME workers
About the Role
Purpose:
To manage SAP Learning Services projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and the development of digital services that support customers in their digital transformation. The role ensures project scope and financial management while delivering premium content management services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder management for SAP Learning Services projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues and proactively manage project scope and finances.
• Develop and deliver strategic learning services to support partners and customers in their digital transformation.
• Support the portfolio process for embedded content development and deliver premium content management services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customer accounts, providing guidance on content development and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeps them informed about enablement progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables regarding enablement.
• Create a project environment that enables peak performance by enablement team members.
• Manage the financial aspects of the learning services project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance.
• Analyze project risks, establishing contingency plans and identifies trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
• Escalate early issues about the enablement project to account management.
• Provide support where required working in conjunction with sales, pre-sales and delivery to review deals from a delivery feasibility perspective.
Delivery Activities: include but not limited to
• Develop overall learning strategy for a customer (based on learning delivery channel target groups to be enabled)
• Develop and deliver learning needs analysis for a customer (both for project team members and end users)
• Training management including overseeing learning content development, creation of delivery templates, material review and sign-off process, content publishing and training delivery.
• Facilitate use of AI tools to further adoption and content development services
• Develop training content and deliver instructor-led training.
• Deliver OCM services aligned to the SAP OCM Framework, conduct project reviews and risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced education or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
• Project manager, team lead and/or supervisory experience leading teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Proven experience in running large scale training projects for users, from organizational change management over enablement planning (enablement strategy, learning needs analysis) to enablement execution (enablement project management, enablement content creation and delivery for users)
• Experience managing project audits for Korean government customers
• Excellent knowledge of Korean (fluent spoken, written)
• Very good knowledge of English (fluent spoken, written)
• Communication and moderation skills
• Quality driven (accuracy to detail), analytical and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience in the Government Funded Training & Adoption Project preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in training, professional Services, implementation Consulting, or customer success.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
