What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver new features as part of an agile team
• Build and maintain Java-based services leveraging AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and deploy them using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AMI-based pipelines to deliver scalable and reliable production systems
• Provide production support and ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Partner with product managers, architects, and technical leads to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud solutions
• Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset, focusing on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong professional software development experience
• Proficiency in writing clean, scalable code in Java
• DevOps mindset with understanding of Continuous Delivery and Observability
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, SQS, IAM, EKS)
• Strong intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor and support peers
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product managers, architects, and engineering leaders
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and scalable application design, with strong hands-on experience in LLMs, advanced RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
• You should be highly proficient in system design, including designing for scale, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
• Strong experience in performance optimization, cost management, and troubleshooting complex production systems is essential.
• A solid understanding of SRE principles, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), and incident management is expected.
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems, validating model behavior, and applying agentic engineering patterns is critical.
