WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to contribute to the design and implementation of our core product. You contribution will span across the whole development lifecycle, from refining user stories, participating in Scrum ceremonies, writing, and reviewing code, deployment, and maintaining our SaaS offerings.
- Contribute to the entire cycle of product development: from first ideas and brainstorming sessions to providing high-level feedback on estimate and feasibility, breaking down items, and continuously delivery
- Support in the analysis of a domain of monolithic legacy code to plan and execute transformation to a scalable, services-oriented architecture
- Follow engineering & security standards and best practices (high coding standards, QA, documentation, automation etc.), leverage DevOps practices and tools
- Provide support Technical Leads in shaping and delivering the technical deliverables as per the technology roadmap
- Review and resolve customer bugs and 3rd level support cases, Analyse and improve performance aspects of JVM applications,
- Support the Technical Lead in driving and implementing technical improvements and collaborate across different groups as required
- Contribute to technical hiring, on-boarding process, acting as buddy as needed, coaching, and mentoring on technical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to positive and open team culture, enable close collaboration promoting continuous conversations and feedback
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional, agile software development teams
- Developing new components in Java 11 (or later) is a must, knowledge of Kotlin is a plus
- Working with legacy code and improving existing products. Software design, trade-off analysis, testing, analysis and debugging of log files
- Experience in troubleshooting back-end performance & optimization problems.
- Solution-orientation and pragmatic problem-solving mindset
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, Testing Libraries such as TestNG.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, GitHub, Grafana, Dynatrace is a plus
- Good communicator with collaborative, flexible, and growth mindset.
- Willingness to learn and explore technologies and define new engineering standards as needed
- Must Have skills - Strong problem solving mindset (Data Structures + Algorithm + Code Complexity) Java, React, JS/TypeScript, MySQL (Any Relational DB), JPA, Hibernate Rest, Kafka, Messaging framework, Spring/JAX-RS Proficient in leveraging code based agents like Claude Code/Cline/CoPilot Proficiency in SaaS and multi-tenancy Good with Microservices, Design patterns and OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) Knowledge of TDD/BBD and unit testing
- Good to Have: Experience working with SAP BTP or hyperscaler cloud platforms is beneficial. SAP UI5 and Fiori DB performance and internals understanding Experience in building GEN AI apps / MCP Server, etc BPM domain knowledge
