What You’ll Build:

Join our AI-driven SAP development team and lead the creation of intelligent, scalable solutions that transform enterprise processes. In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver complex product features using ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, and complementary technologies like Java, JavaScript, and Python

• Architect GenAI and AI integrations that enhance automation and customer experience

• Drive innovation through long-term concepts and strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to co-create impactful solutions

• Share domain and product knowledge with the team.

• Provide regular progress updates to your manager or project lead.

What You Bring:

• Strong working knowledge of GenAI and AI concepts, with practical experience applying them in SAP environments.

• Overall experience of 8+ years in Software application development

• Proficiency in core SAP development technologies including:

• ABAP for backend logic and custom enhancements.

• RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) for building modern, cloud-ready applications.

• CDS Views for data modelling and service exposure.

• Experience leading or guiding development teams in agile environments

• Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term product evolution

• Strong customer focus and communication skills

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers

• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver high-quality results

• A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
