The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. What You’ll Build:

SAP Integration Suite is SAP’s strategic Integration Platform of choice (iPaas) based on SAP Cloud Platform. With more than 16,000 customers and an ever-increasing adoption, SAP Integration Suite is one of the most successful cloud services at SAP. In line with SAP’s multi-cloud strategy our service is running on various infrastructure providers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, GovCloud (AWS), etc.,

As member of the “Cloud Integration Delivery and Engineering Services” team you are expected to:

• Deliver the services (like software update, landscape management, system monitoring, customer support, live site handling etc.) according to defined Service Level Agreements

• Build software-based solutions to prevent recurrences of incidents and improve service stability and reliability

• Enhance infrastructure and platform monitoring by gathering system metrics and implementing tools for recovery

• Integrate and collaborate closely with development teams and work with them on outputs from Post Mortems and product improvements

• Learn new technologies and keep up to date with latest development increments

• Work with geographically distributed teams seamlessly

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree/Student in Computer Science or a related subject

• At least 4 year professional experience

• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and self-development motivation

• Understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Fluency in English

Preferred skills but not mandatory:

• Experience of working in distributed systems

• Development experience and work in Scrum

• Knowledge about the different SAP tools and products

• Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform (CF) Operations, Concourse

• Knowledge of scripting languages as Bash and Python

• Knowledge of Jenkins, GIT and REST API

• Knowledge of GenAI based technologies

• Knowledge of/experience with Kubernetes

Cloud Integration Delivery and Engineering Services team in Sofia is part of globally distributed team, responsible for large scale operations of SAP Integration Suite. Team consists of Site reliability engineers, DevOps engineers and developers.
