What you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant in Management Accounting (CO) / SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), you will
- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP Finance solutions, using modern methodologies and best practices.
- Apply SAP and industry-leading standards, leveraging pre-defined templates and your own expertise.
- Personalize and guide customers through their journey to S/4HANA, ensuring consistency, scalability, and an inclusive approach across global landscapes.
- Organize and facilitate collaborative workshops and meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to transition planning for customer solution environments.
- Support pre-sales engagements with insights and solution perspectives.
- Foster innovation by exploring and recommending improvements and emerging capabilities.
- Conduct solution reviews and feasibility assessments to help guide decision-making.
- Take ownership of service delivery in escalated or complex projects, acting as a sub-project or team lead when needed.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus in Management Accounting (CO) and/or SAP PaPM.
- A track record of delivering a minimum of three full-cycle implementations, including at least one in:
- SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) – Cloud experience is a plus
- Controlling – Overhead Management, Product Costing, CO-PA
- Experience in data modeling and integrating PaPM with various data sources is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of management accounting processes across different industries. Exposure to Transfer Pricing, Sustainability, and BEPS II topics is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional tools and platforms such as PCM, BW, SAC, Analysis for Office (A4O), HANA Cloud, and SAP BTP.
- Confidence in facilitating customer workshops and leading teams in a supportive, inclusive manner.
- Occasional experience taking the lead on sub-projects or service delivery is welcome.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Completed professional training and/or certification in SAP Finance solutions (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and expand your expertise continuously.
- Resilience and flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are an asset
