WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Quality and Delivery Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of quality strategies for complex programs. This role involves overseeing the entire QA lifecycle, coaching teams, and driving process improvements aligned with SAP and ISO standards. You will support strategic quality initiatives across cross-functional teams.

You will in addition ensure compliant delivery of the artefacts built in the programs following established delivery processes.

Lead QA planning in agile/scrum programs and define test strategies aligned with product and program goals.
Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests including preparation of test environments, data, and plans.
Analyse test results and drive timely resolution of issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Serve as the QA contact for program stakeholders, providing expert guidance on quality practices and decisions.
Ensure compliance with SAP’s corporate policies, and ISO standards.
Initiate and implement process and tool improvements to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
Coach teams on QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Support security-related quality assurance efforts (experience as a Security Expert is a plus).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive quality reports and final test evaluation reports to support release decisions.
Ensure compliant delivery of developed artefacts to customers following established delivery processes. This includes the management of the delivery backlog and the tracking of the completeness of functional and non-functional requirements.
Provide overview of the delivery status to project members and management.
Prepare, run and follow-up on release decision meetings.

WHAT YOU BRING

6–8+ years of quality assurance experience, including leadership of QA efforts in large programs.
Proven expertise in project management, test management and bug tracking systems (JIRA, xRay, GTP).
In-depth knowledge of SAP frameworks, Product Standard requirements, and ISO standards.
Experience leading QA in CI/CD environments and managing automated testing strategies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align with stakeholders.
Security QA experience or exposure to secure software development practices is a plus
