What You’ll Build


As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will support or drive strategic transformation initiatives within the Adopt-to-Consume (A2C) Services Domain, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence across SAP’s Lines of Service. Your role spans the entire service lifecycle—from portfolio and sales to delivery—with a strong focus on post-sales activities.


You will:


• Unify, standardize, and help automate processes using AI-driven solutions to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, while ensuring proper documentation
• Champion innovation and process excellence, introducing intelligent automation and optimizing system integrations.
• Drive transformation and change management, ensuring governance and alignment with SAP’s strategic objectives.
• Promote a process-driven culture by applying lean principles and fostering continuous improvement across global teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate strategic initiatives into actionable outcomes

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process consulting or project leadership, with a proven record of delivering transformation projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
• Ability to drive innovation and leverage AI for automation, process mining, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to inspire and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with proven experience in process management, operations, or project leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
• Business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise processes in global organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Service Delivery, ITIL, and Signavio is a plus

Our focus includes optimizing end-to-end process flows from business processes to solution procedures by integration and automation, leading enablement and change management for global adoption for all services roles driving SAP’s customer value.Our diverse team collaborates globally and is primarily based across MEE.
