Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Lead the delivery of SAP cloud services excellence at scale — and shape what great looks like across EMEA.

As a Senior Application Service Manager (ASM) within SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS), you are a seasoned leader who takes full ownership of our most complex and strategic customer engagements. You don't just manage accounts — you define the standard for service delivery, mentor teams, influence decisions at senior stakeholder level, and drive tangible business outcomes for customers in their RISE with SAP journey.

This is a role for someone who has been there, done it, and is ready to operate at the highest level of customer engagement and delivery leadership.

What You'll Build

  • Set and uphold the gold standard for CAS service delivery — owning quality, budget, and outcomes across the full customer lifecycle (transition, stabilisation, operations, offboarding)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers: anticipate challenges, surface optimisation and innovation opportunities, and guide adoption well before issues arise
  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional, global delivery teams — aligning SAP stakeholders, partners, and customer counterparts around a shared vision of success
  • Drive customer growth and loyalty; identify and develop upsell opportunities within the SAP and CAS portfolio
  • Navigate complexity and escalations with authority and composure, turning pressure situations into lasting trust
  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for communication — from technical delivery teams through to C-suite executives, on both sides of the engagement
  • Contribute to the evolution of the CAS service model itself: your experience and insights help shape how we work, not just the accounts you run

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years in customer account management, managed services, or enterprise relationship management — ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g. S/4HANA – FI/MM, SuccessFactors, BTP)
  • 6+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management or delivery leadership capacity
  • Deep knowledge of the SAP portfolio, cloud services landscape, and the RISE with SAP framework
  • A strong track record in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services — you understand delivery from both sides
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence — you are equally at home in a technical review and a board-level conversation
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, resolve escalations, and drive results in high-pressure, complex environments
  • Business fluency in English and Arabic (required)

Where You Belong

The CAS team is at the core of SAP's RISE with SAP strategy — ensuring enterprise customers realise lasting value after go-live. At this level, you won't just be part of the team: you'll help define how it operates.

You'll work alongside a diverse group of highly experienced professionals across EMEA, in a culture that values ownership, straight talk, and genuine customer impact. If you're looking for a role where your experience actually matters — and where you can see the direct effect of your work on major enterprise customers — this is it.

Bring out your best
SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. Originally known for leadership in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SAP has evolved to become a market leader in end-to-end business application software and related services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management. As a cloud company with two hundred million users and more than one hundred thousand employees worldwide, we are purpose-driven and future-focused, with a highly collaborative team ethic and commitment to personal development. Whether connecting global industries, people, or platforms, we help ensure every challenge gets the solution it deserves. At SAP, you can bring out your best.

We win with inclusion
SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best. At SAP, we believe we are made stronger by the unique capabilities and qualities that each person brings to our company, and we invest in our employees to inspire confidence and help everyone realize their full potential. We ultimately believe in unleashing all talent and creating a better world.
