Senior AI Developer – Product, Data & Technology - Tools India

What you'll do

As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a key role in building innovative AI-powered applications to solve complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol.
• End-to-end responsibility for development, testing, performance, security, scalability and user experience of AI applications from prototyping to production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools and recommending their adoption at SAP.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience

Must have skill

• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Expertise in developing AI-powered applications
• Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLaMA)
• Agentic AI concepts and protocols (Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent protocol)
• Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Nice to have skill

• Knowledge of LLM architectures
• Lifecycle management for AI models (training, validation, deployment, and monitoring)
• DevOps / AIOps practices
