What you'll build:

  • Drive business process transformation to adopt Agentic AI
  • Translate insights from our consumers - from field research into design concepts that are consumer-oriented and technically feasible
  • Consult with product leaders across functions to identify transformation opportunities where agentic AI can create value across hire-to-retire processes
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with HR experts, IT staff and product managers and engineers
  • Co-create new workflows and business models enabled by AI agents and automation
  • Analyze collected data and define next steps to achieve the highest level of consumer satisfaction
  • Design mockups and prototypes based on consumer feedback
  • Present results to the program management and leadership tea

What you bring:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Min 8 years of technology experiences with 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering, automation, or digital transformation roles. Domain knowledge in HR is a plus
  • Proficient and comfortable with coding in Python
  • Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered solutions with tangible business outcomes
  • Strong business consulting skills — ability to engage Business & Product leaders, run discovery workshops, and translate opportunities into production-ready solutions
  • Architect scalable, agent-based AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and processes
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical guardrails in all AI-driven solutions
  • AI Technical Consulting in domains such as finance, banking can be considered

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with orchestration libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalents
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation methodologies
