What you'll bring

You are an experienced sales professional ready to independently manage strategic accounts and drive cloud revenue growth. You combine commercial instincts with strong executive relationship skills and the ability to run complex sales cycles.

• Build and execute strategic account plans that grow SAP's cloud footprint and deliver measurable customer outcomes
• Manage executive-level customer relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Develop compelling value propositions, handle objections, and lead negotiations that create mutual value
• Manage pipeline and forecast cloud revenue with accuracy and discipline
• A practical, accountable approach to working with AI — you use agentic tools, automation, prompt design, and output quality checks to work more effectively in daily sales workflows
• A bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience.

What you'll build

You will take ownership of a strategic account portfolio and drive cloud revenue growth across your territory. You own the full customer journey — from account strategy through to close and expansion.

• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business goals and SAP's cloud strategy
• Build executive-level customer relationships to drive renewals, retention, and expansion
• Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, pipeline development, commercial negotiation, and close
• Collaborate with presales, services, and partner teams to deliver outcomes and maximise customer lifetime value
• Manage territory pipeline with discipline and forecast cloud revenue reliably
• Engage customers in AI-enabled transformation conversations, positioning SAP's portfolio to address their challenges

Where you belong

You will join SAP's Sales team in Shanghai, part of a Greater China commercial organisation focused on accelerating cloud adoption across the region. The team brings together account executives, solution advisors, and partners to deliver outcomes for some of the region's most significant enterprises. SAP is at a pivotal moment in its cloud transition, and this role sits at the centre of that growth story in one of the company's most strategically important markets. This is a full-time role based at SAP's Wheelock Square office, 47th floor, 1717 Nanjing West Road, Shanghai.
