What you`ll do


As an Senior Accessibility Specialist you will be part of the Accessibility and Inclusive Design Team at SAP.
In your new role, you will redefine and strengthen the SAP Accessibility Compliance Office, that deals with front office and customer requests for product accessibility. You will closely work with global account teams, customer engagement roles and product teams across SAP to improve our accessibility set up.
Our goal is to transfer our product accessibility and inclusive design work into a selling customer story that helps SAP to ensure renewals and create new opportunities in our industries and markets.
You are able to translate strategic discussions into tangible projects, goals, and initiatives for SAP software accessibility, your working style is results-driven, self-driven and well organized. Our customers' success and satisfaction defines your work and our mission. In addition, we are looking for an empathetic team player with a positive mind set and a strong ability to network across functions, roles and departments. Furthermore, you will have many opportunities to prove your strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic problem solving in a cross-product and cross department setup.


What you bring


• Deep understanding of accessibility procurement laws globalley
• Deep understanding of W3C WAI Accessibility HTML standards including ARIA
• Knowledge of SAP's product portfolio
• Good knowledge of SAP Product Standards and SAP Product Standard Accessibility specifically
• Proven record in managing projects into successful outcomes
• Multiple years of work experience in various roles, such as consulting, development or project management
• Ability to adapt quickly to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication and presentation skills & experience on all levels (incl. C-level)
