What you'll bring

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related major like computer science or software engineering

• Full-time student who will graduate in 2028 (Mandatory Requirement）

• Foundational programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, etc., and a genuine curiosity about how AI-native applications work.

• Awareness of AI/LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, and basic evaluation techniques, is a plus.

• Familiarity with testing, debugging, logging, and structured development workflows will help you contribute from the start.

• Effective English communication and collaboration skills

• Creative thinking, learning agility, complex problem-solving capabilities

What you'll build

You will join a structured skill-led journey including onboarding, training & learning, rotation, mentoring and coaching, covering both AI capabilities and core professional skills.

You'll contribute to AI-enabled application features through coding, testing, and debugging. LLM integration tasks, prompt testing, and AI output validation are part of the regular work.
