What you'll bring
Master's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related major, preferably with a second major in Japanese or Korean;
Full-time student who will graduate in 2028 (Mandatory Requirement).
Curiosity and enthusiasm towards SAP Cloud services and client delivery.
Interest in building capabilities in either business or technical streams.
Business stream: customer focus, contract adherence, entitlement management, customer lifecycle & value realisation
Technical stream: cloud architecture, infrastructure, cloud operations, landscape management and risk identification
Eagerness to learn and support delivery, technical advisory activities under mentor guidance.
Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean will be an advantage.
What you'll build
You will join a structured skill-led journey including onboarding, training & learning, rotation, mentoring and coaching, covering both AI capabilities and core professional skills.
You will support SAP IT Services workstreams under guidance from experienced professionals.
You assist with cloud landscape monitoring, technical documentation, risk logging, lifecycle event coordination and customer communication.
You will act as technical support for customer cloud landscapes, focusing on stability, optimisation, proactive risk management and architectural governance to deliver reliable, scalable cloud operations.

As part of SAP Next Gen, STAR Program offers all students within SAP to work towards their university degree while gaining valuable business experiences at the same time. Our students are assigned to rotate through all business areas, based on their subjects and business demands.
We run our STAR Program in Shanghai, Dalian, Chengdu and Beijing in China with different job profiles such as application engineer, consultant, etc. Partnering with top universities and collaborating closely with a variety of business functions, we have built a strong early talent pipeline for SAP China.
