About the SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program

The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that is designed to employ students over internships, with the ultimate goal of gaining full-time employment with SAP upon graduation. This is a global program which runs in multiple countries with over 1,000 students enrolled. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple teams within the Corporate Marketing organization. Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation in one of over 200 worldwide office locations.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program- Corporate Marketing [Bellevue]

Location: Bellevue, Washington

Expected start date/end date: June 2025 – July 2027

STAR students receive a full range of formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack, the Corporate Marketing organization, and soft skills training, all while learning on the job with your rotational team. You will contribute to and complete project-based work assigned by your rotational team, as well as support and contribute to the strategy and priorities of your rotational team.

Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time).

Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well positioned for full-time employment in Corporate Marketing at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of digital marketing, brand and creative, content marketing, and experience marketing.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a Marketing or related field of study at a university local to the Seattle/Bellevue area with a targeted graduation date in 2027 or 2028
  • Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break, and with part-time hours during the academic year
  • Adaptable, proactive, curious, and have a desire to learn
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Excellent at communicating (in English, additional languages a plus)
  • Able to work both remote and in the SAP Bellevue office in a hybrid capacity
  • Education: Bachelor's degree focused in Marketing or related field of study at a university local to the Seattle/Bellevue area with a targeted graduation date in 2027 or 2028
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s Program.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
