SAP Next Gen- Join the Academy for People & Culture (P&C)

Location: Newtown Square, PA Office

Join our Rotational Trainee Program in the HR working domain internally called SAP Academy for People and Culture and gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of human resources in a dynamic, supportive environment

The People & Culture board area oversees the complete HR value chain and drives the strategic people agenda at SAP to ensure the company’s position as employer of choice in the technology industry. With their broad expertise, they advise the business on all personnel-related questions and focus on creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with SAP’s strategy, values and mission. P&C builds a diverse workforce that is well-equipped to navigate the challenges and leverage the opportunities presented by the Cloud and AI era

The SAP Academy for P&C is a 20-month program designed for high-performing graduates or young professionals with a comprehensive understanding of human resource topics. As a participant in the rotational program, you will go through four rotations in different P&C areas, such as

  • People & Culture Services: Is driving the local roll-out of the People Agenda in the respective countries while continuously striving for operational excellence.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Ensures a consistent and fair people relations management handling workplace issues, concerns with performance, skills & competency, behavior, health, and other complex individual cases.
  • Organizational Growth & Health: This team is the catalyst of organizational health by developing the foundation for strategic workforce management.
  • Total Rewards: Total Rewards plays a prominent role in attracting, recognizing and engaging talents through its holistic vision.
  • People Growth and Leadership Excellence: enables the growth culture through transformational leadership development, unlocks organizational and personal performance, implements a talent strategy and transforms the learning towards a skills-based ecosystem

You’ll work closely with experienced HR experts and leaders, receive shadowing opportunities, and participate in projects that contribute to our people strategy. Please note that those rotations are only exemplary and might differ from participant to participant.

This position is for applicants starting and finishing the program in our Newtown Square, PA office location.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or professional with up to 3 years working experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration with HR focus, Psychology or related fields of studies.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Some working experience, e.g. internship is a must

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 45,900 - 101,700(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
