What you'll do

Working as a SAP Senior Technical Consultant for the Data & Technology Services (DTS) team, you will be expected to

  • Understand and leverage SAP technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in SAP customer implementations through: fit-gap workshops, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Aid and mentor other team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
  • Drive results and accept a high level of responsibility
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP produc

What you bring

  • You are a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA solutions, migrations, and conversions.
  • 5+ years working with SAP customers to define migration/conversion project requirements, approaches, and / or roadmaps
  • Hands on implementation and conversion experience for S/4HANA solutions.
  • SAP Basis – Current hands on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, and SAP HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.
  • Understanding of cloud technology concepts and current software technology topics like AI, ML
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Computer Science, engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar degree
  • Certification in SAP HANA and OS/DB Migration
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 135600 - 230600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
