What You’ll Build

About the Role:
Join the Product & Engineering Operations (P&EO) team and support strategic communications, internal initiatives, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the P&EO L1 Office and leadership team to help drive engagement, clarity, and execution across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft and coordinate internal communications (e.g., newsletters, LinkedIn posts, announcements)
- Support event planning and logistics (e.g. Learning Day, Learning Nuggets, AEMs)
- Maintain and update SharePoint pages and internal documentation
- Assist with project tracking, OneNote updates, and meeting preparation as well as other adhoc tasks in the Office
- Help coordinate internship and working student programs (e.g., job postings, onboarding)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives
What You’ll Bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and German
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in internal communications, operations, and people topics
