This Position is based out of our Herndon, VA office and candidate will be required to be in office 3 days a week as a hybrid schedule.

Job Summary

The IT Vulnerability\Helpdesk Technician is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within the organization's IT Endpoint infrastructure, as well as providing on site support in SAP NS2's Newtown Square office. This role involves conducting regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating with both on site and remote user workstation to address any identified vulnerabilities and implement security measures to mitigate found vulnerabilities. For Helpdesk, it will involve troubleshooting software issues and providing hardware support, as well as responding to tickets from our Support queue.

Key Responsibilities:
Regular monitor vulnerability scans performed on systems and applications.
Mitigate found vulnerabilities by contacting users and Remoting into Laptops to preform Patching.
Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated.
Develop and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation.
Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices.
Provide support during security audits and assessments by third-party entities.
Provide onsite technical support to users as needed.
Provide remote support to users using Beyond Trust Remote Support.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an Windows IT Services End-user support or Endpoint Administrator role
Experience in Helpdesk Support
Experience in vulnerability assessment and management.
Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 75200-177700USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
