What you’ll do
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects across the Corporate Midmarket segment in Middle and Eastern Europe out from the Digital Hub in Barcelona. Support the teams for Switzerland and CEE countries to translating plans into concrete actions, clear tasks and measurable outcomes
- Analyze specific business challenges, align with stakeholders, prioritize and come up with tangible actions to address these.
- Prepare impactful presentation materials, reports, and playbooks for business communication
- Drive the execution of cross-functional projects and tasks, ensuring clear ownership, follow-through, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Maintain and improve internal templates, toolkits, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to tracking project progress and ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
- Collaborate closely with Sales (Territory Ecosystem Managers) and their business partners and SAP-internal stakeholders (network).
What you bring
- You are a student at a university (Bachelor’s or Master’s student)
- Able to sign a tri-party internship agreement with SAP via your university (mandatory under Spanish law)
- Studying Business Administration / Information Systems / Computer Science / Sales or similar
- Ready for a full-time, 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week)
- Computer skills: MS-Office, Word, Power Point, Excel, LLMs
- Language skills: in English and German is mandatory
- Experience in self-managed projects is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills, team player but also being able to work self-sufficiently
- Resilient, highly motivated, self-driven and an accurate way of working
- Experience in the IT Industry is beneficial, but curiosity and openness for new technologies like AI is more important

Territory Ecosystem Managers (TEMs) are working closely with partners to drive customer success and create long-term customer relationships
Sell Partner Managers (SPMs) support the TEMs by managing the engaged partners in the respective sales territories and bring the best from partners into the customer value journey
Digital Hub Barcelona is one of the global Hubs for Digital Roles supporting Corporate Midmarket operations. Different digital roles are co-located in the Digital Hub where digital natives and talents are found to start and create their career in SAP
