About the team:
As the Talent Journey Team we are collaborating to enhance hiring, onboarding and internship experiences at the Digital Hub in Barcelona and we are looking for you to join us! Watch this video to meet Lara and Marcel, previous trainees as they share a bit about the position and their experiences. What you’ll do:
- Position title: SAP iXp: Talent Journey Coordinator Internship, Barcelona, Spain
- Expected start date 15th of January or 1st February 2026 (6 Month Placement)
You will be eager to help us developing and rolling out a program to find, engage, hire, develop our next-generation talent for the Digital Hub in Barcelona.
You will get the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and give input into all aspects of our Talent Journey work. This is your chance to proactively enhance the strategy of the team and create an impact. Your opinion counts and will be heard. To give an example: previous trainees have had the chance to speak to HR senior leadership in a workshop about their ideas, and our current trainee got the chance to create a new method of assessing candidates from scratch with the guidance of our team
Some of your specific activities can include:
• Crafting fresh and relevant job descriptions to attract top talent
• Identifying and attracting early talent candidates for open positions
• Proactively engage with future talent via recruiting platforms
• Preparation of promotional material that is attractive to younger people
• Enhancing social media exposure for our teams and job vacancies
• Support our recruiting and hiring processes
• Internal intern community page management
• Contribute to making our selection and hiring processes more effective and take part in candidate assessment with your ideas
• Ensure a good talent experience from their application until the end of their internship by contributing to the team’s Talent Development initiative
Who you are:
Some characteristics that Lara and Marcel brought that we know will help you succeed are, being adaptable and open-minded, as well as being able to work well in a diverse team but also independently. Additionally, we are looking for a curious person who takes initiative and is highly energetic. You should also be eager to further develop your skills around social media, Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness. Not least you should be well organized with attention to detail to be able to deliver high-quality work

Qualifications and language requirements:
• be at least in your third year of Bachelor or equivalent academic education or perhaps you are later in your education cycle and looking for your first career step.
• ensure that, under Spanish law, your university will sign a tri-party agreement, without this we cannot consider your application!
• Study field: commercial focus ideally in, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Capital Management, Business Administration
• Ready to commit to a full-time placement (39.5 hours per week) for 6 months
• High level of Business English is essential.
Hiring Process:
