Based in SAP’s Barcelona Digital Hub, our team is friendly, diverse, dynamic, and innovative, representing 28+ nationalities. Who You Are

You are curious, analytical, and motivated to understand how data and processes support business growth in a global organization. You enjoy working on meaningful, innovative projects and like enabling customer-facing teams through high-quality insights and structured work.

You are likely:

  • In your third year of a Bachelor’s degree or later (Bachelor’s or Master’s student)
  • Able to sign a tri-party internship agreement with SAP via your university (mandatory under Spanish law)
  • Studying Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation, or a related field
  • Ready for a full-time, 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Familiar with Python, R, Power BI, or SharePoint (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and a strong listener who delivers high-quality work

Your Mission

Support SAP’s sales pipeline by ensuring high-quality demand data and insights. Your work will help Sales Developers and Account Executives focus on the most relevant prospects, ultimately contributing to SAP’s growth strategy and revenue development.

What You’ll Learn — and How

During your non-customer facing internship, you will gain hands-on experience in demand intelligence and sales enablement, including:

The Perks

  • Paid placement: a stipend of 1,200 euros per month (gross, full-time)
  • Opportunity to grow within SAP after your studies
  • Gain valuable experience within a global IT company and access to a strong career development framework
  • Dedicated Manager and Support
  • Part of a strong local and global intern community
  • Specific onboarding and learning framework
