What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Operational Excellence & AI Automation

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Expected start date to end date: June/July 2026

• Support QBRs, All Hands meetings, dashboards, reporting, and AI-based automation initiatives. Deliver presentations, tracking reports, and process improvements.

• Business impact – Improve operational efficiency, reporting transparency, and cross-team coordination through automation and structured operational support.

• Team environment and collaboration – Work with global cross-functional teams, operational excellence leads, and project stakeholders in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Learning opportunities – Gain experience in operational excellence, stakeholder management, AI automation tools, reporting, and enterprise collaboration.

Additional context – Exposure to leadership processes, and AI-driven transformation initiatives within an international environment.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Communication or UX Design, or a related field. English fluency required, German is a plus.

• Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling skills are essential, along with solid MS Office 365 proficiency. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code is a plus, not a requirement.

• Ideally some prior experience in project support, communications, or a related area, ideally in a cross-functional or multicultural environment.

• Structured thinker who communicates clearly and can prioritize and deliver with minimal supervision.

• We are not looking for a finished product. If you are proactive, visually minded, and curious about AI in the enterprise, we will invest in your growth.
