What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Enablement Support

Location: Toronto

Expected Start Date and End Date: July 2025 - January 2026

  • Schedule, interview & publish internal customer win stories
  • Utilize the latest innovative learning technologies
  • Assist in planning in-person & virtual learning events around the globe, as required
  • Host & plan logistics for global webinars
  • Research and recommend innovative tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions with a focus on business impact metrics
  • Contribute to building engaging, award- winning Learning Programs
  • Drive best in class content for a variety of media (ie. Podcasts)
  • Maintain our Solution Knowledge Centre Sharepoint Pages
  • Develop, new & exciting digital content formats, assessments & surveys
  • Develop audience appropriate, cutting edge instructional design technologies including gaming, mobile solutions, social, micro learning and formal/informal learning
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning assets
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of learning asset published by developing and implementing post instruction evaluation criteria and tools

You will be a part of SAP’s Business Data Cloud & AI Customer Success Enablement Team, working on relevant and impactful projects. We are looking for a dynamic, digitally creative person to join the Global Customer Success Enablement Team who supports learning programs for all roles in our SAP Customer Success Organization.

The candidate will join a fast paced and innovative team focused on developing solutions & content to enable continuous learning for customer success teams around the globe.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
