What you’ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - SMB Canada
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Expected start date to end date: January 2026 - September 2026
- Assist in following up on inbound leads, webinar registrations, and campaign responses to identify potential interest and route opportunities to the Sales Development team.
- Conduct research on target accounts, build strategic account maps, and identify key personas within those accounts.
- Support GTM projects including outreach campaigns, persona-based messaging, event follow-up, analysis of lead engagement, and data-driven sales initiatives.
- Learn SAP Concur’s value proposition, customer outcomes, and competitive landscape.
- Draft outreach messages, prepare pre-call research, and support SDRs during large prospecting initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Account Executives, Value Advisors) on projects that impact pipeline generation.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill-development workshops.
- Use sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (training provided).
- Bring an “owner’s mindset”; thinking creatively, taking initiative, and asking thoughtful questions.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
