What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud ERP Solution Adoption Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, Canada
Expected start date: July 2026
Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension)
Schedule: 40 Hours per week
The goal of the Adoption Office Team is to set up scalable adoption capabilities and support Customer Success Management (CSMs) globally with driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and customer references. The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Success organization. The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain Solutions, as well as Data Insights, Analytics, Customer Success Strategy and Operations.
Expectations & Tasks:
Solution Adoption
- Build data reports, dashboards on SAP Analytics Cloud, and ad hoc data analysis tasks
- Prepare and deliver accurate, up‑to‑date data insights for recurring strategic cadence calls
- Present findings and use data to actively engage stakeholders to collect feedback, drive action items, and ensure clear ownership of next steps
- Analyze and communicate the impact of customer engagement initiatives to support customer adoption and informed decision‑making
- Develop Metrics standard to drive usage and consumption for Cloud Solutions
Operation Support
- Collect, clean and process large quantities of data
- Navigate through different data tools to ensure delivered business outcomes
- Develop tools and SOP to help scale and increase business insights
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate across teams to deliver information, resources, and best practices
- Engage and align with Customer Success Partners, Product and Solution Managers, Marketing and Analytics Teams
- Own the end‑to‑end readiness of strategic decks, ensuring all required inputs are incorporated and finalized ahead of key meetings

What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management Information System (MIS) or Business Technology Management (BTM).
- Language skills: Business fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
- The candidate must have a combination of technical and business experience.
- The candidate should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction. Good communication/writing and organization skills are important.
- The candidate should be able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Above all, they should be passionate about technology and business.
