Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Business Support Associate, CE&A Americas Deal Execution Support

Location: Lima, Perú

Expected Start Date: May 4, 2026, or sooner.

Contract Duration: 6 months, with 6-month extensions a possibility.

Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

In this role, you will support certain day-to-day business processes which are required to quote and deliver services to SAP’s customers throughout the Americas. You will work with the Services Sales, Delivery, and Finance/Commercial teams, get hands-on experience with industry-leading software, and have a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a major Professional Services organization inside one of the world’s leading producers of software for the management of business processes.

The working student will assist with various operational or administrative tasks, such as, but not limited to:

  • Creating Internal Orders and completing Internal Order staffing.
  • Ensuring the correct administration of Deal Quality Reviews, a key step in our Deal Execution process.
  • Supporting bid management activities (documents, meeting minutes, presentations, follow up jointly the Bid manager lead)
  • Creating quotes in Harmony and supporting the commercial team.
  • Supporting internal initiatives related to the Deal Management Process
  • Performing on demand activities related to approval acting as Bid manager for small/simple deals.
  • Generating Requests in the Resource Management System to search for experts from extended teams to work on detailing scoping (if required)
  • Supporting the Partner Program Managers as they interact with consulting suppliers and hyperscaler partners.
  • Perform other important administrative tasks, as assigned, in support of both North America and Latin America.

  • Studying Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced or fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Advanced or fluent in Spanish (oral & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel (VBA macros and graphs desirable), PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Enjoy detail-oriented tasks and ability to work with a virtual global team
  • Analytical, structured, and process-oriented, with a logical mindset
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality
  • Ability to work independently

Our team resides in Customer Engagement & Adoption (CE&A) Americas, supporting services sales and services delivery colleagues, with team members based in several countries throughout the Americas.
