What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Associate Project Manager (APM)

Location: Montreal

Expected start date to end date: April 2026 - April 2027

  • Provide support to the Project Manager for the Sales to Delivery Handover
  • Assist with compliance to project requirements and standards
  • Assist with project coordination, planning and management
  • Assist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling the project
  • Assist with revenue forecasting of a project
  • Assist in Resource Management process, creating and tracking resource requests.
  • Assist with the capture and recording of inputs for financial planning and management, including capture of project team timesheets (including external parties), effort expensed, project costs, project invoices, etc.
  • Assist with RAID Meetings, documentation, invitations, and minutes
  • Assist with the management and documentation of project deliverable reviews and review sessions
  • Assist with minutes of reviews and related project approval
  • Assist the Project Manager with Project Sponsors and Project review Boards, including development of content, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Assist with project escalations
  • Assist with the management and tracking of key project documents and deliverables. Participate in project weekly/monthly meetings, and in Project Reviews
  • Assist with the capture of Lessons Learnt
  • Work with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting
  • Capture project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to the appropriate SAP or Customer team members
  • Work with the Leadership on internal initiatives and communications.

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in a field relevant to the position.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both written and spoken, and to understand and actively participate in conversations.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with different audiences.
  • Prior Team Lead or Project Management experience an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • Preferred fields of study: Project Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
