What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Project Management Associate
Location: Newtown Square, PA (3x/Week In-Person)
Expected Start: June 2026
Duration: 3 Months
- Support the Project Manager with the Sales-to-Delivery handover
- Support SAP leadership in organizing events and executing special projects
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Contribute to project coordination, planning, and management
- Help monitor and control project activities and related tasks
- Support revenue forecasting for a project
- Participate in the Resource Management process, including creating and tracking resource requests
- Capture and record inputs for financial planning and management, including timesheets (internal and external), effort expensed, project costs, and invoices
- Coordinate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) meetings, documentation, invitations, and minutes
- Manage and document project deliverable reviews and review sessions
- Capture and communicate project-review meeting minutes and related project approvals
- Support the Project Manager with Project Sponsors and Project Review Boards, including development of content and meeting minutes
- Handle project escalations as needed
- Manage and track key project documents and deliverables
- Participate in regular project meetings and project reviews
- Capture, document, and communicate project lessons learned
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project reporting
- Capture project metrics and communicate them to appropriate SAP and/or customer stakeholders
- Support delivery team metrics and scheduling

Educational requirements: Currently enrolled in an academic program such as Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD (up to 6 Months post graduation)
Good people skills and a strong team player
Proactive and intellectually curious
Experience working in multi-cultural teams a plus
Prior Team Lead or Project Management experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
