What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Expected start date to end date: As soon as possible, flexible

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers and the extended account team to ensure smooth and timely renewal execution
  • Engaging with customers to negotiate commercial terms and generate additional revenue on behalf of SAP
  • Representing SAP with strong knowledge of all internal, process-related stages of contract renewals
  • Developing into a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue-related principles to ensure continued success
  • Fostering a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement, where your feedback is valued and used to drive business enhancements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders through strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience in commercial negotiations, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the area of contract renewals
  • Ability to effectively navigate multiple commercial SAP software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working in a process-driven manner
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Fluency in both English and German
