What You’ll Do
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Expected start date: March 1st, 2025
Expected working hours: 15-20 hours per week. These hours are flexible in respect for exams and deliverables.
In this role, you will:
- Get real experience in understanding & selling SAP architectural, innovation & implementation services and finally safeguarding services
- Learn how SAP solutions can bring value to our customers
- Learn to how to run and manage SAP implementation projects
- Learn how to leverage your creative skills and talents in a business environment
- Learn the basics about SAP solutions and implementation tools
Tasks and Expectations
The overarching role will be supporting our Cloud Success Services Sales & delivery Team, and Services Country Manager by:
- Working closely with Services Sales Executives developing services proposals to our customers (powerpoint)
- Working with our sales processes in a variety of ways such as budget planning, customer analyses, RFPs etc.
- Supporting our Services Country Manager in strategic internal initiatives on e.g. AI
- Business Transformation Management and Communication
- Supporting our Delivery Managers in various administrative tasks in order systems & tools
- Maintaining and further developing our Services Dashboard in Excel
Moreover, you will have your own responsibilities, such as:
- Supporting with project forecasting and financial follow-up
- Contact and support person for selected Project Management tools
- Ad hoc support to Project Managers and Delivery Manager
What You Bring

- Advanced skills in especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Flair for financial planning, enterprise architecture and business economics
- Basic understanding of running projects and working with processes
- Flair and/or motivation to learn and use SAP Applications
- Flair for visual communication and story-telling
- Fluent in English with excellent writing & communication skills
- Team player and receptive to feedback
- Organized, proactive and able to work toward deadlines
- Creative and analytical
- Curious and eager to learn
