Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Ariba Source to Contracts Customer Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]
- Technical support fundamentals for SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C) solutions, including sourcing, supplier management, and contracting.
- Hands-on experience supporting one of the leading cloud-based Source-to-Contract (S2C) software platforms.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills through customer-facing support work.
- Work in a cross-cultural environment and team.
- Analyze and resolve customer and end-user issues by leveraging knowledge bases, reproducing scenarios, and validating tenant-specific configurations within SAP Ariba solutions.
- Advise customers on SAP Ariba processes, functionality, and configuration questions, translating best practices into practical steps.
- Create and maintain high-quality knowledge assets (how-to guides, FAQs, solution articles), and proactively share insights to reduce repeat incidents.
- Partner closely with SAP support and product teams to escalate complex cases, drive root-cause fixes, and feed learnings back into product improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across support processes and tooling, including automation, quality assurance checks, and support-readiness playbooks.
- Pilot and adopt AI-assisted support practices (case summarization, suggested solutions, knowledge gap detection), measuring impact on response and resolution times.
- Participate in small projects to improve customer and support team experience.

- Education: Bachelors in a related field.
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled.
- Advanced English skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus

The SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C) Technical Support team helps customers successfully use SAP Ariba solutions for sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management. Our team partners with customers to resolve product, configuration, and process-related challenges while delivering an exceptional support experience. Why this internship matters? It helps customers achieve savings, speed, and compliance by digitizing and standardizing sourcing and contracting. Reduces risk through better supplier due diligence and contract controls. The work you do improves how buyers and suppliers collaborate on real-world events and agreements that directly influence business performance and resilience. You'll have exposure to leading cloud solutions for sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management used by global enterprises.
