Meet your team
Partner Support sits within the Partner Services Hub and is dedicated to enabling SAP PartnerEdge partners to succeed. We collaborate closely with Partner Managers and Partner Activation teams to resolve partner queries, streamline processes, and elevate the overall partner experience. This internship will focus on the CCflex change-of-partner topic.
What you'll do
As a Partner Support Specialist (Intern), you’ll be a key point of contact for SAP partners globally, with a primary focus on the Cloud Choice Flex (CCflex) model. You will guide partners to the right tools and resources, intake and triage requests, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Your work will directly improve partner satisfaction and process effectiveness across the partner ecosystem.
- Build foundational knowledge of SAP partners, SAP PartnerEdge, and the end-to-end CCflex process, including criteria and timelines.
- Intake, triage, and track CCflex inquiries via established channels; validate prerequisites, requests, issues, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the right teams to resolve partner queries; proactively follow up to remove blockers and meet SLAs.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically on next steps, timelines, and status updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the Partner Services Hub and related activation teams.
- Identify recurring issues and propose pragmatic improvements (e.g., checklists, FAQs, guidance updates).
- Support operational reporting (e.g., case volumes, cycle times, SLA adherence) to inform continuous improvement.
- Flex working hours, when needed, to support global stakeholders.
What you bring
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, International Relations, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation within approximately 24 months.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable handling a high volume of tasks within tight timelines.
- Fast learner with creative thinking; able to absorb new processes and policies quickly.
- Proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, multinational environment; able to work independently and take ownership.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience engaging directly with customers or partners is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to improve process efficiency and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
