About the program

SAP’s Returnship program is a full-time paid job opportunity in India for junior to mid-career professionals with over 3 years of work experience who’ve taken a career break of 1+ years for maternity or caregiving responsibilities. The program includes workshops, coaching and a dedicated buddy assigned to ease your transition back to the workforce. Our Returnship roles have been carefully selected to help you build skills and confidence to restart your work experience.

Program highlights:

• Open positions are allocated exclusively for the Returnship program
• Hybrid work model with 3 days of office presence in Bangalore & Gurgaon across a range of roles in Development, Services and Consulting (Technical & Technofunctional)

• Structured program to support you during your transition back to the workforce
