As a working student you will part of the Digital Transformation & Innovation team within the Corporate & GROW MEE organization and actively support our Immersive Experience Studio located in Walldorf.

What you’ll do

Position title: SAP Event & Video Studio iXP Intern (f/m/d) - Digital Studio Event Planning and Execution Support
Work Area: Presales
Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: July, 2025

We are looking for talented people with strong business, communicational and teamwork skills. Your activities include (but are not limited to):

• You will play a central role in the planning and execution of innovative and engaging events, live streams and video recordings using equipment such as cameras, microphones, sound system, stream decks, lighting and conferencing platforms.
• You will take on project management tasks related to studio bookings, preliminary meetings, test runs and maintenance of studio technology.
• You will coordinate the operation and maintenance of the studio in collaboration with creative agencies, internal IT and Facility.
• You can be part of a very cool project with strong visibility both inside and outside SAP.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred fields of study: communication sciences, media informatics, digital media, IT, marketing, or comparable courses of study
• Technical skills:
  • You have experience in video production, strong photo and video editing skills are beneficial.
  • Experience with cameras, microphones, sound systems, stream decks, lighting and conferencing platforms is in advantage.
• Language skills
  
  • You are fluent in German and business English - spoken and written.
• Soft skills:
  
  • Strong organizational skills and hands on mentality.
  • Confident demeanor and professional conduct towards customers.
  • You are enthusiastic for topics such as video production, professional video equipment and video editing.
  • You have an independent, creative, and well-organized solution-oriented working style.
  • You are a team player & enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
