What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Marketing iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Experience Center, S.Factory Walldorf

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Expected start date to end date (end date optional): February 2026

You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Team.

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
  • Organizing customer tours through the S.Factory; correspondence in Team Inbox with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
  • Administer internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project status reports
  • Execution of own smaller projects

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.

The job is for you if you are/have:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Proactive & self-driven
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)
  • Prior experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions or other work experience are beneficial (e.g. internships, working student assignments)
  • Language requirements: fluent in English and German
  • Working from Walldorf office is required on a regular basis

We are seeking an intern (f/m/d) to support us onsite in Walldorf for a duration of six months. It is essential that you are enrolled at a university throughout the internship.

Visitors explore how SAP transforms supply chain processes from Design to Operate - using a realistic shop floor setup with live machine integration and a comprehensive SAP system landscape.
