What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Customer Experience iXp Intern (f/m/d)– Office of the Head of Consumer Industries P&E

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Internship duration: 6 months (preferred)

• Support the Office of the Head of Consumer Industries P&E on priority topics, including leadership preparation, internal coordination, and strategic planning
• Develop briefs, insights, and materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and communication moments
• Contribute to improving recurring Product & Engineering processes, such as planning cycles, meeting rhythms, and reporting
• Structure and track cross-team initiatives across Engineering, and Product Management
• Conduct independent research on product, organizational, and industry topics that inform CI P&E decision-making
• Assist with organizational planning, stakeholder alignment, and daily operational tasks within the P&E leadership office

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Current enrollment in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Experience with structured work, analysis, or coordination tasks is helpful. Student consulting, PMO tasks, or previous internships involving product or organizational topics are a plus
  
  Essential:
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to analyze information and structure content clearly
  
  Nice-to-have:
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneNote
• Exposure to product development, tech organizations, or process improvement work
  
  
• Language requirements: C1 English (required), German B1+ (optional, nice-to-have)
• Structured thinking, curiosity, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across teams
• Working from the Walldorf office is required, approx. twice per week
