Job Overview:
Join the Worldwide Leader in Corporate Travel & Expense Management Services as a Partner Alliance Manager for the US Public Sector space. SAP Concur is the world's leading provider of business services that automate Corporate Expense Management. Established in 1993, SAP Concur's solutions are used in over 90 countries around the world and are trusted by more organizations than any other provider of Expense Management solutions.
The Partner Alliance Manager for the US Public Sector is responsible for helping manage a current portfolio of public sector Sell and Service partners. This individual will be responsible for supporting and managing these partner relationships, supporting their growth and the partner’s business plan, while also supporting the SAP Concur Public Sector pipeline through the growth of these partnerships. This person will also be responsible for helping to research and support new partnership opportunities in this market space. The successful candidate will be results-driven, a self-starter, work collaboratively, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They will execute both directly and indirectly through other teams at Concur and through partner organizations. This candidate will possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage current Public Sector Sell and Service partner relationships, supporting their business initiatives and planning growth strategies to support their needs.
- Support partners through proactive engagement, reactive problem-solving, and formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), both virtually or in person.
- Support research, discovery, and signing of new Public Sector partners that meet the needs of the Concur Public Sector space.
- Align with the Territory Engagement Manager (TEM) on the Partner Sales team to support their pipeline growth efforts.
- Work alongside the Public Sector sales leadership team to provide education and connections to the Public Sector partners and support sales and SDR pipeline campaigns.
About You:
- You have partner relationship management and/or sales experience and are excited by managing an established book of business.
- You have exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate & sell internally to achieve targets.
- You have experience working in the Public Sector space and understand the nuances of government (State and Federal) contracts and requirements.
- You have above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player, a self-starter, and are results-oriented.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 137300-294000USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
