What you will build

• Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven features for our B2B platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UX designers, and engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into the project.
• Optimize AI solutions for real-time, production-level performance.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks to continually improve the project’s AI features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and solutions.

What you bring

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in programming frameworks such as LangChain or AWS strands is a strong plus
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Agentic AI projects is a strong plus
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) usage and prompt tuning is a plus.
• Familiarity with project deployment processes and the ability to independently deploy and launch AI features is a plus.
• Prior experience in developing AI feature deployment pipelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend development is a plus
