What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Business AI Go-To-Market iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Enablement & Communications

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Project Scope & Deliverables

In this role, you will:

  • Support the global AI enablement strategy by planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact enablement experiences across regions (MEE, EMEA, AMERICAS, APJ)
  • Prepare, publish, and maintain communication assets including slides, one-pagers, messaging docs, banner images, newsletters, and event communications
  • Build and maintain centralized enablement planning structures (e.g., Airtable project plans, communication archives, asset libraries)
  • Coordinate internal enablement formats such as webinars, bootcamps, workshops, and community calls, handling end-to-end logistics including agendas, speaker briefings, comms material, chat moderation, and follow-ups
  • Support the creation and distribution of the internal AI GTM Newsletter and track engagement analytics to help improve content relevance
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders, enablement leads, product experts, and the Business AI community on scalable enablement initiatives.

Business Impact

Your work will:

  • Directly support the global adoption of SAP Business AI by ensuring field teams have clear, consistent, and accessible knowledge
  • Improve the quality and consistency of AI-related enablement and communications worldwide
  • Strengthen the visibility, professionalism, and impact of the SAP Business AI GTM organization
  • Accelerate customer-facing teams’ confidence in positioning and activating AI use cases.


Team Environment & Collaboration

You will collaborate closely with:

  • SAP’s Business AI Go-To-Market Enablement & Field Readiness team
  • Cross-functional colleagues (AI product experts, GTM leads, Communications, Customer Success)
  • Regional enablement managers (MEE/EMEA/NA/APJ)
  • Other iXp interns across SAP
  • You will receive mentorship, structured onboarding, regular check-ins, and opportunities to contribute to high-visibility projects.

Learning Opportunities

You will gain:

  • Hands-on experience in AI-related enablement, communications, and GTM strategy
  • Skills in content creation, project management, stakeholder alignment, data-driven decision making
  • Practical experience with tools such as Airtable, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams Live Events, and SAP internal platforms
  • Understanding of SAP’s AI product portfolio, customer use cases, and field-facing motions
  • Exposure to global program planning, executive communications, and AI thought leadership

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields: Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Innovation Management, or related
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Creativity and an eye for clean, high-quality visual communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong self-organization skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, or GTM topics

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience designing communication assets (e.g., slide design, messaging docs)
  • Experience with Airtable, Canva, or similar tools
