The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Ariba Best Practice Center iXp Intern – CS&D

Location: São Leopoldo, RS

Expected start date to end date: June 1st, 2026

· Combine administrative duties and AI innovation and serve as a bridge between routine operations and modern automation.

· Identify repetitive tasks and implementing AI tools to increase efficiency of the Best Practice Center team.

· Utilize AI tools to generate slide decks, layouts, and visual content from text prompts.

· Lead team staffing initiatives and optimize data sourcing and reporting processes.

· Collaborate on developing best practice materials for SAP Ariba solutions, focusing on customer adoption.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in a field relevant to the position.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual team collaboration and presenting ideas to different audiences.

· Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and to understand and actively participate in conversations.

· Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with different audiences.

· Basic Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

· Procurement & Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding basics of sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier management.

· Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance or Communication.

· Familiarity with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Business Network, etc. ) is a bonus.

There are two parts of any SAP solution: The software itself and the people who configure and use it. Enabling those is essential for success. The SAP Learning Services team delivers strategic learning advice and user learning to enable customers for SAP cloud solutions. The SAP Learning Services portfolio includes a service for SAP Ariba customers, which is called SAP Ariba BPC (Best Practice Center) service, for which the team is searching for an intern to support consultants delivering SAP Learning Services – Ariba Best Practice Center (BPC) service for SAP Ariba customers in the Latin America region. Location of the role is Sao Leopoldo, Brazil.
