Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you´ll build

You will be the operational backbone of our Enterprise Segment sales team. Your job is to remove friction from complex commercial cycles — from first quotation to cash collection — so that our Account Executives can focus on what they do best: building trusted relationships with customers. You are proactive, you connect the dots across functions, and you hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just activities. You stay calm under pressure, communicate with clarity, and find your footing even when things are not perfectly defined.

Quotations & sales administration

  • You prepare, manage, and track commercial quotations hand in hand with Account Executives and Deal Desk.
  • You make sure pricing, terms, and configuration data are accurate before proposals reach the customer.
  • You keep opportunity and contract records up to date in SAP CRM and related systems.
  • You coordinate approval workflows and flag blockers early so deal momentum is never lost.

Billing & cash collection support

  • You act as the go-to link between Sales, Finance, and Order Management to sort out billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and payment delays.
  • You gather and verify the data needed to move cash collection cases forward to resolution.
  • You track open items, follow up consistently, and escalate aged cases with context and a clear proposal — not just a problem statement.
  • You spot recurring friction points and contribute to making the order-to-cash process smoother over time.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • You are a reliable point of contact for Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success on commercial operational matters.
  • You keep stakeholders informed with timely, clear updates — no one should have to chase you for a status.
  • You raise risks early and come with a proposed solution, not just a flag.

What you bring

Skills & experience

  • Some experience in sales support, sales administration, order management, or finance operations — a background in enterprise software or technology is a plus.
  • A good grasp of order-to-cash processes and commercial administration.
  • Comfortable with business applications — CRM, ERP, reporting tools. Prior exposure to SAP solutions is a bonus.
  • Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and ease with data and reporting tasks.
  • You learn fast and you are genuinely curious about how business software works.

Mindset & behaviours

  • You do not wait to be asked — you anticipate what is needed and act.
  • You own your work from start to finish and communicate openly when things shift.
  • You measure your success by results, not by how busy you were.
  • You understand the commercial context behind what you are doing — you connect the task to the bigger picture.
  • You build real working relationships across teams and levels, and you know how to get things done without relying on formal authority.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture.
  • You communicate clearly — whether you are writing an update, speaking in a meeting, or switching between French, Dutch, and English.
  • When the quarter gets intense, you stay focused and keep your priorities straight.
  • You are comfortable making judgment calls in situations that are not perfectly defined, and you move forward with confidence.
  • You pick up new tools and contexts quickly, and you are always looking for ways to improve how things work.
  • You handle sensitive commercial information — pricing, deal terms, cash positions — with discretion and good judgment.

Languages

  • Required: fluent in French or Dutch, and in English.
  • Strong advantage: proficiency in both French and Dutch.

Where you belong

SAP's vision is to help the world run better and improve people's lives. As the market leader in enterprise application software, we empower organisations of all sizes to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and grow sustainably. At SAP Belgium & Luxembourg, our Enterprise Segment team partners with the region's most strategic accounts — and we are looking for a driven individual to strengthen that engine from within.

This role is anchored in four of SAP's core values:

  • Build trust — You act with integrity, transparency, and accountability in every interaction. Handling sensitive commercial information with discretion is a big part of that
  • Run simple — You cut through complexity and help the team stay focused on what truly creates value for customers
  • Stay curious — You learn fast, embrace new tools, and keep looking for better ways to get things done — even when the path is not fully mapped out
  • Deliver outcomes together — At SAP, great results are never individual. You succeed by bringing people together, communicating clearly, and committing to shared goals.

What we offer

  • A temporary position in one of the world's leading enterprise technology companies, with real day-to-day impact on strategic accounts in Belgium & Luxembourg.
  • A team that is collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely invested in doing good work together.
  • Access to SAP's learning ecosystem and development opportunities, even in a temporary role.
  • A Brussels city-centre office with no travel requirements — we take work-life balance seriously.
  • A competitive package in line with SAP Belgium market standards.

We believe diversity makes us stronger. We are committed to building an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and able to do their best work — regardless of background, identity, or experience. If you need any accommodations during the application process, just let us know.
