What you'll do

  • Confidently address inquiries regarding SAP Signavio solutions.
  • Provide the initial response with appropriate information to all inbound inquiries
  • Generate new business opportunities by driving divers outbound campaigns
  • Communicate with customers who have registered for free product evaluations
  • Open doors for your Seller, by using Outreach to go after prospects in multi-channel approach including cold calls
  • Effectively manage engagements with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

What you bring

  • You are a a motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude, equipped to tackle any challenge and bounce back with resilience

  • You possess not only impressive verbal skills but also the ability to listen intently and ask insightful questions to spark engaging conversations

  • A strong desire to grow and improve daily

  • Previous experience in junior sales roles, particularly in SaaS environments is advantageous

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with our target audience

  • The capability to comprehend customer issues and align solutions to meet their needs

  • Strong organizational skills and proficient time management abilities

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Outreach, and Sales Navigator is a plus

  • Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
