Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

All SAP locations in Germany as for example Walldorf (close to Mannheim/Heidelberg), Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen (close to Düsseldorf), Eschborn (close to Frankfurt), Gerlingen (close to Stuttgart), Garching (close to München) are possible.

As a Business Process Consultant (f/m/d) with a strong focus on SAP Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition), you act as a cross-domain Business Process Solution Architect for multiple business areas. You serve as the central interface between customers, partners, product management, and SAP teams, working collaboratively to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable end-to-end ERP process architectures—combining standard configuration, extensions, and integrated approaches (e.g., SAP BTP, Integration Suite). You ensure end-to-end process success in customer projects with Cloud ERP as the core, while advancing our suite-first and AI-first strategy.

What you’ll build:

  • Ownership of end-to-end process solutions around Cloud ERP and connected SAP and non-SAP systems that support our business suite across Lead-to-Cash, Idea-to-Market, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill, Recruit-to-Retire, and Finance/Controlling
  • Central alignment and orchestration of all workstreams for seamless processes in close coordination with project management
  • Presentation of solution options in Solution Board governance meetings, including explaining and defending the boundaries of the Cloud ERP standard where required
  • Continuous tracking of SAP roadmaps and trends (AI, agents, UI, data), recommending new capabilities to increase value and adoption
  • Advising customers on bringing custom solutions back to Cloud ERP standard—leveraging new features or side-by-side extensions
  • Mapping customer requirements to the S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition roadmap and influencing SAP Product Management to address gaps
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across the Business Suite/Cloud ERP ecosystem to validate fit-to-standard and maximize business value

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP delivery, consulting, or architecture; Public Cloud expertise is a plus.
  • Deep process and module knowledge: MM, SD, SCM, Service, Finance; including leasing, subscription, and repair
  • Proven experience with cross-country SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP rollouts and cross-functional solutions in complex, multi-tenant architectures; including 2-tier scenarios integrating SAP Private Cloud and SAP/non-SAP systems
  • Extensive SAP Cloud ERP experience: architecture and extensibility (SAP BTP), Central Business Configuration (CBC) setup, integrations (SAP Cloud Integration/CPI and APIs), as well as cloud security, SSO, and authorization/roles
  • Integration expertise: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs (OData/REST/SOAP), IDocs, and event-driven integrations
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (SAP Activate) and the SAP Public Cloud toolchain (e.g., Signavio, Cloud ALM)
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer and internal relationships
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Where you belong:

The SAP Global Delivery Hub team in Central and Eastern Europe (MEE region) supports our customers’ digital transformation. We act as catalysts for scalability, which is why, alongside customer projects, we also support partners and internal units such as Product Management. For our customers, we are trusted adoption experts who ensure sustainable success. We offer a friendly, collegial atmosphere and an international work environment rich with opportunities. Expect flat hierarchies and an open-door culture.
